The teacher will create an engaging, structured classroom that strengthens mathematical skills, builds confidence, and prepares students for continued academic success. A Florida teaching certification is preferred or eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current Florida Teaching Certificate Or Statement Of Eligibility Preferred/required.
• Certification appropriate for Middle Grades Mathematics or Mathematics.
• Strong knowledge of Algebra I concepts and instruction.
• Previous Middle School Teaching Experience Preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective instruction in Middle School Mathematics and Algebra I.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Florida academic standards.
• Differentiate instruction to meet varying student learning needs.

Legacy Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated and qualified Certified Middle School Math Teacher for one of our partner schools located on the Northside of Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematics background and be comfortable and experienced with Algebra I instruction.

The teacher will be responsible for creating an engaging, structured, and supportive classroom environment that helps students strengthen their mathematical skills, develop confidence, and prepare for continued academic success.
