Job summary

Raintree Village in Lincoln, NE is seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Aide/Tech (CMA/CMT) to join our compassionate senior living team. This role passes medications under the Charge Nurse and delivers hands-on care to residents in a supportive community.

Responsibilities include reviewing service plans, monitoring health changes, assisting with meals, and maintaining infection control. We offer full-time and part-time shifts with a family-oriented culture and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Medication Aide/Tech (CMA/CMT).

Responsibilities

• Passes medication under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse and provides treatments per physician orders.
• Reports changes in resident condition immediately to the Charge Nurse.
• Reviews Tenant Service Plans to understand tenant needs and preferences.
• Monitors health status and updates logs and notes accordingly.
• Provides personal services to tenants as assigned and per Tenant Service Plans.
• Assists tenants with medications and treatments as allowed by regulation.
• Responds to calls from the emergency system promptly.
• Follows infection control procedures and maintains a clean environment.
• Assists in dining during meals and supports housekeeping as needed.
• Encourages tenant participation in social/recreational activities.
• Assesses changes in tenant needs and reports as required.
