Job summary

Raintree Village seeks a dedicated Certified Medication Aide/Tech (CMA/CMT) to join our senior living community. You will pass medications under the Charge Nurse and provide direct care to residents, following physician orders and facility policy.

Responsibilities include reviewing service plans, updating staff logs, assisting with medications, responding to emergencies, and supporting dining and activities. CNA/CMA certification and approved CMA training are required; LTC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an approved CMA training program.
• Must have passed competency examinations for CNA and CMA.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse.
• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents.
• Review Tenant Service Plans and notes daily for changes.
• Assist tenants with medications and treatments as assigned; follow regulations.
• Respond to emergency calls and maintain infection control procedures.
• Assist in dining room during meals and support activities.
