Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support residents in daily activities and meals, with a 2 pm–10 pm shift.

You will work as part of a supportive team, delivering compassionate care in a senior living environment. PRN opportunities may be available, and DailyPay is offered to eligible staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing/undressing, hair care nail care, shaving, continence management, use of prosthetic devices, securing transportation, shopping, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, correspondence, social, exercise and leisure activities, ambulation and dining. Serve meals and assist in the clearing of tables under the direction of the Executive Chef.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Works throughout the community and its premises. Moves intermittently during working hours. Movement includes, but is not limited to standing, walking, sitting, pulling, lifting, reaching, carrying, pushing, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and twisting.
