Job summary

The Fountains of Cartersville is seeking Certified Medication Technicians to deliver high-quality medication administration and resident care oversight in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. This full-time role includes 2nd and 3rd shifts, with every-other-weekend and holiday rotations.

You must have a Medication Technician certification, a High School diploma, and completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course. CNA or Personal Care Assistant credentials are also required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Medication Technician certification.
• Available for 2nd (3p-11p) and 3rd shift (11p-7a).
• Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday rotations.
• High school diploma and state-approved training required.
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medication administration and resident care oversight.
• Maintain confidential resident information per HIPAA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Attend ongoing education and in-service programs as required.
• Record documentation accurately and promptly.
