Job summary

The Fountains of Cartersville is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to provide medication administration and resident care oversight in a cutting-edge Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

This full-time role is for the 1st shift (7a-3p). Candidates must have a State Approved Medication Aide course, be at least 18, and hold a CNA or Personal Care Assistant certification. Weekend and holiday rotations are required as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School diploma.
• Must hold a CNA or Personal Care Assistant certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication administration and monitoring as part of resident care oversight.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and protect residents’ privacy.
• Promote residents’ rights and treat residents with dignity and respect.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to infection control, safety policies, and community dress code.
