Job summary

The Fountains of Cartersville is seeking Certified Medication Technicians to provide medication administration and resident care oversight in a modern Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Cartersville, GA.

This is a full-time role on 2nd (3p-11p) and 3rd (11p-7a) shifts. A Medication Technician certification is required, and weekend/holiday rotations are expected. Tapcheck-enabled payroll is available to team members to access wages instantly.

Qualifications

• Must have a Medication Technician certification.
• Completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course is required.
• Personal Care Assistant or CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Promote residents' rights and dignity.
• Attend in-service trainings and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Document accurately and report changes in residents’ condition promptly.
• Follow safety, infection control and emergency procedures.
