EverTrue seeks a Licensed Medication Technician to provide medication administration and supportive daily care under nursing supervision. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support residents in achieving their wellbeing and quality of life goals.

You will document vital signs, respond to calls, assist with therapies under licensed personnel, and respect resident privacy and HIPAA guidelines. A strong emphasis on dignity, safety, and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Current CMT certification in the state of practice.
• High-school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification and first aid training.
• Prior experience with direct care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and administers medication to residents under nursing supervision.
• Provides medical and physical care within scope of practice.
• Assists residents with daily activities and maintains dignity by encouraging independence.
• Observes residents and reports changes to nursing staff.
• Participates in care plans to improve resident quality of life.
• Assists with mealtimes and feeding for residents needing help.
