Job summary

Riverton Enhanced Senior Living in Allentown, PA seeks a Certified Medication Technician to support safe, compassionate resident care. Daily pay options are available, with competitive hourly wages and a strong benefits package.

The role requires an active Medication Technician certification, CNA/CHHA credentials where required, and prior CMT experience. You will work closely with licensed staff to administer meds and document care details in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid state Medication Technician/Aide certification.
• Requires CNA or CHHA/HHA certification where applicable.
• Previous Certified Medication Technician experience required.
• Experience administering oral, topical, ophthalmic, and subcutaneous meds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely per physician orders, policies, and regulations.
• Provide oral, topical, optic, ophthalmic, and subcutaneous meds as permitted.
• Observe responses, document appropriately, and report changes or adverse reactions promptly.
• Assist with basic resident care under licensed nursing staff.
• Ensure medications are stored, secured, and accounted for per procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and related care activities.
• Collaborate with nursing to promote resident-centered care and outcomes.
