Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a per diem Certified Medication Technician to join Idaho Maximum Security Institution in Kuna, ID. The CMT assists nurses with medication administration, documents dosages and times, and monitors patients under supervision.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, aiding in examinations, assisting with activities of daily living, and reporting changes in condition. Requires high school diploma or GED, Medical Aide certification (or able to obtain) with medication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Aide certification (or ability to obtain) with approved medication administration.
• Current tuberculosis documentation and CPR/AED certification.
• Background check and security clearance as applicable.
• One year experience in acute care, emergency or correctional setting preferred.

• Take vital signs and assist in examinations and treatments.

The CMT takes vital signs, assists in examinations and treatments, and assists patients with activities of daily living.
