Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our compassionate team in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The role involves administering medications, monitoring residents, and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure safe, personalized care.

This part-time and full-time position offers rotating weekends and 8- or 12-hour shifts, competitive wages, and a range of benefits designed to support our staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold Missouri CMT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the resident’s healthcare provider.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to implement individualized care plans.

About the Role:

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the resident's healthcare provider
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Ideal Candidate:

• Has a current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in long-term care or a related field
• Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
