Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Roaring River in Cassville, MO is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our caring team. This role administers medications, provides personal care, and supports residents’ independence and dignity in a warm, resident-focused environment.

You will work in a full-time capacity with day and evening shifts, including weekends. A Missouri CMT certification and a high school diploma are required, with strong communication and compassionate care skills essential

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor residents' responses to medications and report any adverse reactions
• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, toileting, and transferring
• Implement care plans and resident-centered interventions to promote independence and dignity
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and internal teams to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices
