Job summary

Sycamore Heights is seeking compassionate CMTs to provide medication administration and care to residents under the supervision of healthcare staff.

We offer flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN, with a focus on growth, well-being, and teamwork in a family-like environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of CMT experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Must enjoy working with the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance and services according to health care provider's orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance and services according to health care provider's orders
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations

CMT Required skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of CMT experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience working directly with older adults preferred
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
