Job summary

Sycamore Heights is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Technician to assist residents with medication administration and care in Louisville. You will follow health care provider orders and support residents in daily activities with dignity.

The role requires at least 1 year of CMT experience or training, enjoyment in working with older adults, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. We offer a flexible schedule with day/night shifts and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of CMT experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience working directly with older adults is preferred.
• Must enjoy working with the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance according to health care provider's orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
