Job summary

Creekwood Nursing & Rehabilitation in Russellville, KY seeks a CMT to provide medication administration and treatment assistance per health care provider orders, supervise residents who self-administer meds, and report changes in condition. You will maintain accurate medication records and participate in care planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of CMT experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• CMT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance and services according to health care provider's orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents and observations.
