Job summary

Creekwood Nursing & Rehabilitation in Russellville, KY, a 104-bed skilled community, is seeking a full-time Med-Tech for day and night shifts to support residents with medication administration and care. You will work with a warm, team‑oriented staff committed to excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• CMT certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of CMT experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance according to health care provider's orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medications while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents and observations.

CMT Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of CMT experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• CMT certification.
