Job summary
The Fountains of Cartersville is seeking Certified Medication Technicians to support medication administration and resident care in a cutting-edge Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This full-time role covers 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts, with every-other-weekend and holiday rotations required.

Qualifications
- Must have a State Approved Medication Aide certificate.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma.
- CNA or Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication administration and resident care.
- Demonstrate respectful, supportive interactions with residents and families.
- Attend in-service and continuing education as required by state regulations.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality of resident information.
- Document care in an informative and descriptive manner.
- Report changes in resident condition promptly to supervisor.
