The Fountains of Cartersville is seeking Certified Medication Technicians to provide medication administration and resident care oversight in a modern assisted living and memory care community.

This full-time role is for 1st shift (7a-3p) with weekend and holiday rotations. Requires a Medication Technician certification, and a state-approved program completion. Join a team focused on dignity, safety, and top-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Personal Care Assistant or CNA certification is required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for interdisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality medication administration and resident care oversight.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow community policies and procedures and ensure safety in all tasks.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
