Charter Senior Living in Pikesville, MD is seeking a Medication Technician / Med Tech to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will administer medications, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with nursing staff.

The ideal candidate holds Maryland CMT certification, is compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented, and is committed to upholding residents' dignity and safety. This role offers stable hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Active Maryland CMT certification required.
• Experience in assisted living/memory care preferred.
• Ability to administer medications under RN delegation in Maryland.

Position Summary

The Medication Technician / Med Tech plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.

This position is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication administration and management, implementation of resident care plans, clinical documentation, and communication with nursing and caregiving teams.
