Job summary

Charter Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician / Med Tech for Winnwood, a Charter Senior Living Community, in Marietta, GA. This 3rd shift, part-time role requires compassionate care, medication administration, and adherence to safety protocols to support residents’ independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with ADLs, documenting properly, and collaborating with nursing teams to deliver person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician / Med Tech certification as required by state regulations.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred.
• Strong attention to medication safety practices.

Position Summary

The Medication Technician / Med Tech plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living communities.

This position is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication administration and management, implementation of resident care plans, clinical documentation, and communication with nursing and caregiving teams.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, dependable, and passionate about serving seniors with dignity and respect.
