Charter Senior Living is hiring part-time Medication Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts. We seek compassionate, dependable caregivers with assisted living or memory care experience to support residents’ medication needs and daily living activities.

Qualificações

• Current Medication Technician / Med Tech certification as required by state regulations.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred.
• CNA or direct care experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and medication safety practices.
• Compassionate, resident-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

Position Summary

The Medication Technician / Med Tech plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.

This position is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication administration and management, implementation of resident care plans, clinical documentation, and communication with nursing and caregiving teams.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, dependable, and passionate about serving seniors with dignity and respect.
