Charter Senior Living in Pikesville, MD is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician/Med Tech to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and coordinate with nursing staff to ensure safe, compassionate care.

The role requires MD CMT certification, prior senior living experience, and a patient, team-oriented mindset focused on dignity and quality of life for residents.

To be considered, you must have:

• Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification through the Maryland Board of Nursing
• Ability to safely administer medications under RN delegation in accordance with Maryland regulations

Position Summary

The Medication Technician / Med Tech plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.

This position is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication administration and management, implementation of resident care plans, clinical documentation, and communication with nursing and caregiving teams.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, dependable, and passionate about serving seniors with dignity and respect.
