Aspire Senior Living Roaring River is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our Cassville, MO team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support daily living activities under nursing oversight.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, collaboration on care plans, and participation in care conferences to discuss progress and concerns. BLS and strong communication are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull.
• BLS certification required or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications to residents as directed by the nursing staff.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and medication administration.
• Collaborating with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Participating in resident care conferences to discuss resident progress and concerns.

About the Role:

• Administering medications to residents as directed by the nursing staff

Requirements:

• Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification

• Experience working with seniors and/or in a related healthcare field preferred

• Basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
