Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Missouri CNA and CMT certification required.
• Six months experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs resident care in a safe, comfortable manner under supervision.
• Administers medications as ordered by a physician and records administration.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the five rights of medication administration.
• Observes and reports any adverse reactions to medications to licensed staff.
