Springfield Skilled Care Center seeks a compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our resident-centered team in Missouri. You will administer medications under licensed supervision, follow the five rights, document administrations, and monitor residents for changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Active CMT and CNA certifications in Missouri required.
• Must have both licenses.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications under physician orders and licensed nurse supervision.
• Observes and records the five rights of medication administration.
• Records all medications and treatments accurately for residents.
• Notifies licensed staff about residents' pain and changes in condition.
• Assists with vital signs as assigned and required.
• Maintains resident safety and supports quality care.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
