PruittHealth is seeking a part-time Certified Medication Tech to assist residents with medications under licensed supervision. You will coordinate with pharmacists, physicians, and families to ensure safe, accurate administration and documentation in line with policies and care plans.

The role emphasizes medication safety, proper storage and disposal, and timely communication across the care team. Training is provided, with emphasis on compliance and resident well-being.

Formación

• Minimum education: Some high school.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living population preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Accurately read, transpose, and document medication orders and MARs.
• Maintain proper medication storage, disposal, and infection control practices.
• Communicate with residents, pharmacies, providers, and families regarding medications.
