Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to assist with administering medications per physician orders, under supervision, and in coordination with the nursing leadership. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to procedures to support resident well-being.

The position requires a licensed medication technician and strong communication skills to collaborate with nurses, residents, and families in a respectful, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent.
• Licensed Medication Technician per state requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Follow facility policies for administering medications to residents.
• Note and report medication errors.
• Participate in developing procedures to prevent medication errors.
• Complete necessary forms, charts, and reports; submit as required.
• Record vital signs and report any reactions to medications.
