Job summary

Good Samaritan in Mandan, ND is seeking a Medication Assistant (MA) to provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under a charge nurse. The role involves helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and care plans tailored to resident needs, with a focus on compassionate, Christian-based service.

The MA will support basic health care tasks, monitor vital signs, and assist residents in transfers and mobility, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of Long Term Care experience.
• Preference for 6 months experience in LTC.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide medication assistance under supervision.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with transferring, positioning and walking as needed.
