Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications per nurse delegation and state regulations.
• Document care outcomes, vital signs, medication administration, and care concerns.
• Assist residents with meals, mobility, transfers, and recreation activities.
