Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support elderly residents in a residential/long-term care setting. The role includes medication assistance, daily living support, and meaningful resident engagement.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of CNA experience, read/write/speak English, and complete state-required Medication Aide training where applicable. We offer a team-focused environment and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience with elderly residents.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provides medication assistance per state regulations and company policy.
• Maintains the medication cart and storage room in a neat and orderly way.
• Counts and secures medications accurately for assigned shifts.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Engages residents with conversation and activities while delivering personal care and medication support.
• Responds promptly to resident needs and requests for care.
• Upholds Residents’ Rights and company policies.
• Documents medication administration records, incident reports, and changes of condition timely.
• Assists in dining room during resident meal times and supports activities/outings.
• May assist with caregiver housekeeping responsibilities.
