Job summary

The Blossoms in Rogers, AR is seeking a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA/MA-C) to administer medications and support resident care in a nursing setting. You will work under a licensed nurse and follow federal and state regulations while ensuring safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities include MAR documentation, monitoring vitals, and participating in audits and in-services. Arkansas license, high school diploma and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have current Arkansas State License to practice CMA/MA-C.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per orders and safety protocols.
• Monitor residents for reactions and report to the nurse.
• Document medications on MAR daily.
• Maintain accurate medication cart and dosages.
• Assist with transfers and lifts as needed.
