Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under nurse supervision.
• Tabulate and document medications on MAR.
• Monitor residents' vital signs.
• Observe for drug reactions and report to nurse.
• Safely lift, move, and transfer residents.
• Attend mandatory meetings and in-services.
• Audit documentation for accuracy.
