Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for weekend shifts to join our nursing team. You will coordinate medication administration and assist residents with daily living activities, making a meaningful difference in their daily comfort and wellbeing.

The role emphasizes accurate medication delivery, compassionate care, and clear handoffs to the Health Care Director. Training and ongoing evaluations support growth and excellence in a supportive, resident-focused

Qualifications

• Must hold CMA certification to pass medications as required by state regulations.
• Experience in elderly or assisted-living environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications for assigned residents.
• Assist residents with daily care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals and activities.
• Monitor residents' comfort and respond to needs.
• Document tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate clearly with staff about urgent needs and concerns to Health Care Director.
• Manage tasks within the scheduled shift.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS--

Certified Medication Aide We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.). You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting them with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities--

Certified Medication Aide

• Administering medication for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift

Bonus opportunities--

Certified Medication Aide

• Perfect attendance bonus—$75 for full-time (up to a $1,950 annual benefit) and $35 for part‑time (up to a $910 annual benefit)
