Legend Senior Living® in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join the Nursing team. You will coordinate medication administration and assist residents with daily living activities to enhance comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities include medication assistance, personal care, documentation, and clear communication with staff. This role may require evenings or weekends based on scheduling needs, with ongoing opportunities for performance-based raises.

Qualifications

• Certified to pass medications per state regulations.
• Experience in resident daily care and safety.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.). You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting them with activities of daily living.

Bonus opportunities-- Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

• Perfect attendance bonus - $75 for full-time (up to a $1,950 annual benefit) and $35 for part-time (up to a $910 annual benefit)
