Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our nursing team. You will coordinate medication administration and assist residents with activities of daily living.

You will support daily care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals, and social interactions; monitor residents' comfort and document tasks. You may work evenings/weekends and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification.
• Ability to coordinate medication administration and assist residents with daily living.
• Demonstrates compassionate patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Support daily resident care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals, and activities.
• Monitor residents' comfort and respond to needs.
• Document daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs and concerns clearly to Health Care Director.
• Manage tasks within the scheduled shift.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS--

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.). You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting them with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities--

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
