Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• CPR certification preferred or active.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Assist with residents' personal care plans, routines and comfort.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
• Support physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical resident well-being.
