Qualifications

• Maryland CMA license.
• Maryland CNA-I license.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per orders and policies.
• Monitor effectiveness and side effects; report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records.
• Communicate with residents, families, nurses and care team.
• Observe and report changes in health status and behavior.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on individualized care needs.
