Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, store, and document medications per physician orders.
• Identify and help prevent medication errors and how they occur.
• Report medication errors immediately.
• Ensure medication orders are written, signed, and dated before administration.
• Document in chart promptly and accurately.
• Perform CNA functions as directed by supervisor and maintain patient rights and safety.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
