Qualifications

• State certification as a Nursing Assistant is mandatory.
• State approved medication administration certification required where applicable.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under nurse supervision.
• Observe and report reactions or side effects to a licensed nurse.
• Maintain proper medication documentation and records.
• Ensure medication carts and rooms are secure and organized.
• Attend facility education in-services and act as a team leader when needed.
