Formación

• Must hold current CMA certification in the state
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong understanding of medication administration safety and documentation

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications per physician orders and protocols
• Observe and report adverse reactions to licensed staff
• Assist residents with medication reminders and adherence
• Maintain accurate medication records in EMR
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and facility policies
• Collaborate with nursing team to support resident care
• Participate in ongoing education to maintain certification
