Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering medications as ordered by physician under supervision.
• Ensure medications are properly labeled, stored, and dated according to policy.
• Maintain medication cart and room in clean, organized condition.
• Document and report any errors or adverse reactions immediately.
• Observe residents, ensure consent and rights related to medications are respected.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with self-administration of medications where applicable.
