Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with Community policies and procedures.
• Follow nursing department policies and procedures.
• Report abuse/neglect to RCC/Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity during medication administration.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications as ordered.
• Ensure medications are labeled, stored, and dated correctly.
• Complete medication charting per policy.
• Assist in documenting and discontinuing medications as prescribed.
