Responsibilities

• Comply with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications per orders.
• Verify resident identity before administering medications.
• Report medication refusals, errors, or adverse reactions promptly.
• Document all medication administration and charting per policy.
• Assist with self-administering medications as directed.
• Follow procedures for medication receipt, storage, and disposal.
• Maintain a clean, organized medication room and cart.
