Masonic Village Assisted Living is seeking a Certified Medication Assistant to support residents with accurate medication administration and daily care in a team-oriented setting.

You'll operate under physician orders and facility policies, working across multiple shifts to ensure safety and quality of care. The role emphasizes meticulous documentation, collaboration with nursing staff, and a resident-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Must hold CMA certification as Medication Technician/Aide in the state of employment.
• Must also be a CNA or CHHA/HHA, as required for the role.
• Previous CMA experience is required and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately per physician orders and policies.
• Deliver medications via oral, topical, ophthalmic, and subcutaneous routes as allowed.
• Observe and document resident responses to medications and report changes promptly.
• Assist with basic resident care under licensed nursing staff supervision.
• Ensure proper storage, security, and accounting of medications.
• Maintain timely documentation of medication administration and care activities.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to promote resident-centered care and outcomes.
