Qualifications

• Current CMA certification in good standing with the State.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the physician under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized medication cart and room.
• Document all medication administration accurately per policy.
• Verify resident identity before administering medications.
• Follow policies for labeling, storage, and dating of medications.
• Report any refusals, adverse reactions, or discrepancies immediately.
