Providence Park Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing in Tyler, TX is hiring full-time Certified Medication Aides (CMA). You will administer oral and topical medications under a licensed nurse’s supervision, following physician orders and facility policy.

Expect a supportive multi-disciplinary team and a focus on resident care. The role requires state nurse aide certification and an approved medication administration certification, plus strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Observes for and reports any reactions and/or side effects of medications to a licensed nurse on the appropriate shift.
• Administers PRN medications in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policy.
