Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be state-certified as QMA or CMA and maintain a CNA certification.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration within scope of role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medications according to policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
