Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in North Baltimore, OH, is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with medication administration and daily living activities for residents. Work under the supervision of licensed staff at Briar Hill Health Campus.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state.
• Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, administers, and records prescribed medications under supervision of licensed nurse.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
