Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Document outcomes related to resident care and care-related concerns.
• Assist with meals, dining tasks, and activities to support wellness and recreation.
