Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered under supervision in accordance with regulations and facility policy.
• Observes for and reports adverse reactions to a licensed nurse.
• Records medication administration and treatments accurately.
• Maintains medication carts/rooms per policy and secures narcotics.
• Performs daily tasks to support patient health and well-being.
• Attends meetings and adheres to QA standards.
• Functions as a team leader/role model when needed.
